Thank you very much for all the valuable advice. I will definitely try to apply it and incorporate it into my parenting. The consultation was very beneficial for me. A.H., 16 June 2025
The psychologist was very empathetic and engaged during our meeting. She was able to captivate the children and guide them in the right direction. She addressed sensitive topics with great care, and under her guidance, we were able to uncover unresolved trauma. Her workshop was extremely beneficial for the class, and I believe it’s important to continue working with her. The children were enthusiastic about her approach, and she earned their trust and respect. Her support for the children and cooperation with parents became very popular at our school, and I consider her work highly successful and beneficial.
I had some problems at home and with friends, and I had no one to talk to. I hesitated for a long time about whether I should even go, but in the end, it really helped me. I didn’t expect the psychologist to be so kind and easy to talk to. I’m glad she’s at our school.
When I went to see the psychologist for the first time, I was really nervous because I thought it would be awkward. But it wasn’t at all. She was really kind and listened to me. We talked about how I feel left out in class and that no one really talks to me. She helped me, and now I feel better.

Education and practice
I completed a single-subject degree in psychology at the University of Ostrava, where I earned my bachelor’s degree. I went on to complete my master’s studies at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
During my studies, I worked in an HR team and also participated in the SENSKYPE project, which provided psychological support to lonely seniors during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I continuously pursue professional development and keep up to date with current trends in the field. I have completed a number of specialized courses and trainings, including:- Psychologist in Healthcare- Basics of Crisis Intervention- Crisis Intervention for Helping Professionals- Self-Harm in Children and Adolescents- The Classroom as a Team- School Psychologist and Students with Social Disadvantages- Managing Challenging Student Behavior, Relaxation Techniques and Mental Health Care, Stress Resilience
Every day, I work closely with students, parents, and teachers. I strive to create an environment where children feel safe and can openly talk about what they are experiencing. I am also here for parents and teachers – I listen, provide support, and work together to find the best ways to understand and help the child.
How the psychologist works
Each of us sometimes needs someone who will listen – without judgment, without pressure, with understanding.
