In my work, I draw on the ACT approach (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). This method helps develop the ability to accept what we cannot control while taking action in line with what truly matters to us. It’s not about trying to get rid of all unpleasant feelings, but rather learning how to handle them so they don’t prevent us from living a fulfilling life. Together, we will focus on what gives your life meaning and look for specific steps that can bring you closer to it. I see each person as a unique individual with their own pace, experiences, and needs. I view our sessions as a collaborative space for reflection and exploration of paths that might be helpful for you.
I strive to create a safe and respectful environment where you can speak openly about what you’re going through and gradually gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life. The goal of our work together is to help you rely more on yourself and live a life that aligns with what truly matters to you.
