I work in line with the principles of Transformational Systemic Family Therapy according to Virginia Satir. This approach captivated me with its focus on the positive qualities in each of us and the possibility of drawing something useful and good from every challenging situation. My work therefore consists of discovering the resources the client already has and can use to address difficulties—and strengthening them.
I always strive to create an atmosphere of warm acceptance and respect for the person and their needs. During the consultation, I work together with the client on change at various levels of the personality. My approach rests on the fact that each of us lives among others and is influenced by them in many ways—so change cannot be made without understanding the context—and at the same time on the belief that change is simply an inseparable and necessary part of life, and especially of the therapeutic process.
And finally, I would very much like to thank you for your patience and also for the extra care and support extended to us counselors.

Change is always possible.
