Ekaterina has really helped me manage my anxiety overall by getting to the root of my issues. I feel like I have grown tremendously through each session I have had with her. Feeling the problematic feelings in a safe space with a professional like Ekaterina has helped me heal past wounds and move on toward new, healthier experiences. She also helps me realize important insights with her questions and observations.
I feel less reactive in trigger situations and more knowledgable about the reasons why I act or react in certain ways. Being able to identify my behavior in response to certain triggers also helps me to separate myself from my heightened emotional state in order to think rationally about what's at hand instead of spiraling in a negative feedback loop. I have gotten better at identifying my feelings (something I have struggled with in the past) and also delving deeper into my instincts to help heal generational trauma.
Her methods are unique but effective at achieving long term growth. Each session is solutions-oriented which is perfect for a natural problem solver like me. I look forward to more sessions with Ekaterina in the future!
I have worked with Ekaterina, and she's helped me with my limiting beliefs, using different exercises to break through my past trauma and helped me become more self-aware of myself and why I was acting the way I was. After every session, I felt a shift. I was able to understand myself more, and these sessions have been very valuable.
