How to order a consultation?

Oral consultations
When booking your consultation please select a psychologist, length, date, time and a method of consultation. Choose payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer or paypal. In the coupons and vouchers section, fill in the discount coupon code. Next fill in your login details, send your order and wait till the psychologist will contact you.

Email consultation
Please select email consultation package. Choose payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer or paypal. In the coupons and vouchers section, fill in the discount coupon code. Next please fill in your email address and state your query to the psychologist. Submit your order and the psychologist will respond within 24 hours of receiving a payment.

Payment using consultation discount for the Club Police Card clients.
Police Club Card members will receive a unique discount code for any of our consultations.
The discount code can be reused.
The discount code is transferable and can also be used by family members of a Police Club Card member.
It cannot be combined with other discounts or payments through other benefit companies.

How to order a consultation

Oral consultations
In the order form you choose the psychologist, the length, date, time and method of consultation. Select payment by debit/credit card or bank transfer as a payment option. In the Coupons and Vouchers section, fill in the discount coupon code. Fill in your login details and submit your order. Then wait for our psychologist to contact you.

Email consultations
In the order form please select the type of email consultation package you prefer. Next choose payment by credit/debit card or by bank transfer as a method of payment. In the section Coupons and Vouchers fill in the discount coupon code. Then please fill in your email address and state your query to the psychologist. Submit your order and the psychologist will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving a payment.

Payment using online points from the benefit programme Sodexo Pass Česká republika a.s.
No other discount coupons can be applied to this payment method.
You must always pay for your entire order (cannot be combined with another payment method).
In the event of withdrawal from the contract (e.g. failure to attend an online psychological consultation), points cannot be returned to the cafeteria).
Choose the consultation that works best for you from the menu on our site.
Enter the voucher number and pay.
Have a voucher worth your consultation (1 point = 1 crown) generated in your cafeteria profile. Select a psychologist, length, date, time and a method of consultation.
Choose Sodexo as your payment method, enter your meal voucher code, fill in your login details, and submit your order.
Then wait for our psychologist to contact you.

Payment from the benefit programme MONETA Money Bank, a. s.
